Warranty and Shipping

For Warranty claims, contact us at 0409 636 433 or FAX on 1300 882 577 or email us at to notify us if you require a replacement.

In some instances you will be advised to discard the goods and sent a replacement, due to return freight not being worthwhile.

If the goods do need to be returned then we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) are not accepted and will be returned to you by your freights company.

Freight your products to us prepaid, with a tracking number for proof of delivery. Return products to:

Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

On completion of the return requirements, and we receive your products . . .
(1) we will promptly send you a replacement, or
(2) we will promptly issue your refund – your choice.

Placing an order with us signifies that you have read & agree to the return conditions.

In order to return goods that have been over ordered or no longer required we will levy a 25% restocking fee. You must call us at 0409 636 433 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Do not remove warranty sticker or returns are not possible.

Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included. This includes attachments, bags and warranty cards.

Goods not in NEW SALEABLE condition with all packing material included will not be accepted.

If you refuse your order, you will be charged shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part.

Commercial Accounts Only

If you give an incorrect address and jksales is charged by our freight forwarder, your account will be charged for a second delivery to the correct address. An incorrect address can mean a missing suite number or using a P.O box instead of a street address. Goods purchased by commercial operators held longer than 30 days are not eligible for return.
